Shade of Culridge brings classic survival horror into the World of Warcraft universe by way of Epsilon WoW. Drawing inspiration from hallmark franchises such as Resident Evil and Silent Hill, this campaign delivers a gritty, atmospheric adventure with beautiful yet haunting environments handcrafted from scratch.

SURVIVAL HORROR MEETS WORLD OF WARCRAFT

Experience immersive horror in an otherwise unlikely World of Warcraft setting with a heavy emphasis on roleplay and independent exploration with much less of a focus on relying on a Dungeon Master to carry you forward in the narrative. This is made possible thanks to the Arcanum add-on and other Epsilon mechanics suited towards automation.

ITEM MANAGEMENT & PROGRESSION

Search eerie environments for essential items that can unlock doorways. Acquire weapons to fight back your aggressors – if you dare, or seek to heal your wounds. All done automatically by the player without documentation or emoting. All items are stored directly in your in-game inventory. Resource management is key as per the genre of survival horror. Pay heed to your next steps and plan ahead with your group.

Dive into a completely fresh adventure with a custom patch tailored for the campaign from atmospheric soundtracks and sound effects to brand new loading screens and voice lines. While optional, the patch greatly heightens the experience by truly making you feel like you’re playing a horror game – only in a World of Warcraft private server.

DESCEND INTO FOLLY

With a group of three, explore an intricate storyline told through chapters - piece together notes and solve engaging puzzles - speak to what few souls you may encounter and get to the bottom of what is happening on Culridge Island. On your path, however, you will inevitably cross those who have a penchant for bloodshed.

Be advised - the campaign contains imagery of excessive violence, gore and suicide.
